Position Description

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the National Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by providing exceptional service, technical consultation and viable business solutions to customers. The National Sales Manager achieves this by developing strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at various levels within the customer organizations. The National Sales Manager will use a consultative and relationship selling focused approach to communicate our company value proposition and strong brand image in the industry in order to capture maximum value. An annual sales and marketing plan will be utilized to track progress and provide a roadmap to the successful growth of the assigned geographical territory. The position interacts with all levels of the organization internally, communicating externally with customers and supplier partners. The National Sales Manager is responsible for facilitating meetings and networking opportunities with company management and principal suppliers to develop high level relationships with key strategic accounts.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or chemistry
  • 10 years of experience in roles with progressive levels of responsibility in sales and/or marketing. Proven organizational effectiveness across all related areas.

Special Position Requirements Approximately 80% travel by airplane and automobile in conducting business is necessary.

Position Description

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth by providing exceptional customer service, technical consultation and viable business solutions to customers in their assigned geographical region or customers. The Inside Sales Representative captures new business using a consultative and relationship selling focused approach to communicate our company value proposition and strong brand image in the industry. An annual sales and marketing plan is utilized to track progress and provide a roadmap to the successful growth of the assigned geographical territory. This plan includes tactics that will be used to consistently communicate with customers, working closely with the marketing communications team on strategic campaigns. This position actively participates in lead generation projects and qualification of new prospects.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in science, technical, business, communications or related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar role will be considered for the position in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
