Jennifer Altstadt, President
Jennifer Altstadt is the President. She joined the Sea-Land team in 2014 as the Director of Marketing and Strategy and was appointed to Chief Operating Officer in 2017. She previously held the role of the President of Libra Industries and Weatherchem Corporation. Jennifer also serves on the Board for College Now Greater Cleveland and on the Visiting Committee for the Weatherhead School of Management. She currently holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and has received her eMBA from Case Western Reserve University. In her free time, Jennifer participates in a book club and enjoys living an active lifestyle.
Craig Lundell, Senior Vice President – Commercial Operations/Europe
Craig Lundell is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations/Europe. Previously he worked as the North American Business Manager for Unilever Chemicals Group and the North American Distributor for ANGUS Chemical. He is an active member of the American Cleaning Institue (ACI), National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), Society of Tribologist and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), and Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA). Craig received his degree from Northern Illinois University. In his free time, he plays the drums in a band.
Mark Getsay, Senior Vice President – Finance and HR (CFO)
Mark Getsay is the Senior Vice President of Finance and HR (CFO). He joined the company in 2005 after working as a Principal for Hillow, Getsay & Connors, LTD. He currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of Westshore Chamber of Commerce. Mark graduated from Defiance College with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Management. Mark is an active member of the community and has served as a Westlake Councilman since 2009.
Christy Henley, Vice President – Sales
Christy Henley is the Vice President of Sales. She joined the Sea-Land Team in 2004 and most recently held the National Account Manager position, serving the eastern coast of the United States. Prior to joining Sea-Land Christy spent 7 years in the chemical industry at Uniqema and Union Carbide in technical sales and research and development. She is an active member of the STLE New York Section and is a past Golf Chair, Secretary and Publications Chair. Christy received her B.A. in Chemistry with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University. In her freetime Christy enjoys playing volleyball, golfing and going to the beach with her niece and nephews.
Jack McKenna, Vice President – Business Development/Canada
Jack McKenna is the Vice President of Business Development/Canada. He joined the company over 17 years ago. He previously held the Sales Representative position at Unicor Chemical for five years. Jack is a past National Society of Tribologist and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) Board Member and currently serves as a Board Member for the Chicago Section where he received the Hodson and Manteuffel Award. Jack received his B.S. in Political Science from Ithaca College. He enjoys reading, traveling and playing golf in his free time. Jack currently lives in Elmhurst, IL.
Sakura Olah, Director of Business Processes and International Operations
Sakura Olah is the Director of Business Processes and International Operations. She has previously held roles as a Customer Service Representative, Marketing Coordinator, and Team Leader of Operations and Marketing. Sakura is a past Society of Tribologist and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), Cleveland Section Association Chair and is an active member of the Cleveland Chemical Association. She received her B.B.A. from Kent in Management. In her spare time Sakura enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Matthew Mapus, Director of Marketing
Matt is currently the Director of Marketing. He has spent the last eight years supporting the growth of the company as Product Manager. Prior to joining Sea-Land Matt spent 16 years in the chemical industry at Nalco Company and PPG in technical service and Sales. Matt is an active member of a number of industry associations including Society of Tribologist and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) – Cleveland Section, American Cleaning Institute (ACI), and the Cleveland Chemical Society. He has a Bachelor’s of Science from Heidelburg University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Matt and his wife Christine reside in Bay Village, OH and have two young children.
Joe Ramey, Director of Accounting and MIS (Controller)
Joe Ramey is the Director of Accounting and MIS (Controller). Prior to joining Sea-Land, he spent eight years in the Accounting and Tax Services Department at Zinner & Co. LLP. as a Senior Manager. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s – Cleveland Chapter. He received his B.B.A from Ohio University in Accounting where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi. Joe is the proud father of 4 young children.
Jeff Levandowski, Director of Commercial Operations
Jeff Levandowski is the Director of Commercial Operations. He joined the Sea-Land team in 2006 and most recently held the position of Supply Chain Manager. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in various purchasing and supply chain management roles in manufacturing and distribution. He is a member of Institute of Supply Management. Jeff has a B.A. in Management from Malone University. He enjoys coaching youth sports and has been the director of youth basketball at Highland schools for several years.

Mark Christeon, National Account Manager
Mark is an established industry professional who has been with Sea-Land Chemical Co. for 25+ years. He has successfully expanded the sales management team along with the sales force so that Sea-Land Chemical Co. can provide high service levels to our customers and suppliers. Mark’s ability to manage our sales force while maintaining and growing select customer accounts ensures successful outcomes for both our customers and the Sea-Land Chemical Co. team. He also functions to consistently build, manage, and mentor the teams and individuals that support strategies here at Sea-Land Chemical Co. Mark is currently on the Board of Directors and he is also serving as a Corporate Representative to NACD. When Mark is not focused on his team or customers he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Rich Jolly, National Account Manager
Eastern MI & Northeast IN
Rich has a passion for cultivating lasting relationships with his customers and suppliers. Customers appreciate his honest approach and strong focus on their bottom lines. Rich believes that excellent communication builds trust, authority and loyalty in customers. When asked, “What is the key to effective customer/distributor relationships?” Rich states, “The key is follow-up. Making sure to answer any questions they may have and making sure that we are meeting their needs.” Over the years Rich has been very involved in ILMA, STLE, and Knights of Columbus. In addition to boating and fishing, Rich enjoys playing sports (especially basketball) and spending time with his family.
Alexes Morgan, Regional Account Manager
IA, NE, Northern IL
Alexes carries the personality and the magnetism of Sea-Land Chemical Co. Her ability to learn and adapt allows her to consistently present Sea-Land Chemical Co.’s customers and suppliers with fresh, forward-thinking solutions for their existing and future needs. Alexes’s previous experience working as a formulator and technologist has aided in her current success. “Working as a formulator helped develop my interest in the industry. This experience cultivated my desire to grow outside of the lab to pursue working with customers on a more personal basis.” Alexes has an eclectic taste in music but has a love of songs done acoustically. She also enjoys reading, running, and taking road trips.
Bill Bendon, Regional Account Manager
AL, FL, GA, MS, SC, Western NC
Bill is a natural born leader whose true talents at Sea-Land Chemical Co., derive from his 14+ years of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the chemical industry. Bill states, “The chemical industry has become a much more competitive market over the last 14+ years. Smaller, domestic chemical manufacturers and the influx of imported raw materials have changed the landscape. The positive for Sea-Land Chemical Co. is that chemical manufacturers are looking for and appreciate us because we embrace their new technology and can sell specialty chemicals/applications.” In addition to playing golf and tennis, Bill also enjoys exercising so he can keep up with his two boys.
David Ruff, Regional Account Manager
David’s experience in distribution, including various roles in management and marketing, has provided valuable insights for building successful, long-term relationships with Sea-Land Chemical Co.’s customers and suppliers. “As a distributor, we must be aware of our suppliers’ specific goals and work to achieve them. Our customers and each buyer also have goals and a corporate culture that needs to be identified. Those most successful relationships are those where we identify the producer’s needs, and our customers’ needs, and bring everyone together where all parties mutually benefit.” David’s confidence in his decision making and instincts has contributed to his 20+ years of success in the chemical industry. When David is not working he enjoys rehabbing an old family home, golfing, fine dining, and cycling.
Doug Torowski, Regional Account Manager
AR, KY, TN, Western OH
Experienced in the art of communication, Doug effectively utilizes the technological advances that are available to him in order to provide his customers answers in a timely manner. When asked “Why is it important to get back to your customers in a timely manner?” Doug’s response is, “The window of opportunity may only be open for a short time.” Besides being an exceptional Account Manager who is passionate about providing customers with superior service, Doug also enjoys old cars and the game of golf.
Ron Bertoldi, Regional Account Manager
LA, OK, TX
Ron is a seasoned industry professional who has been in the chemical industry for the past 33 years. After earning his BS in Business Administration, Ron began working for Ecolab selling their institutional cleaning and disinfectant chemical products. From there Ron began working for various national chemical distributors and manufacturers selling industrial chemicals. Ron has been with Sea-Land Chemical Co. for the last 11 years. When Ron is not focusing on discovering new customers and new opportunities, he enjoys playing the game of golf. Additionally, Ron also enjoys landscape gardening and listening to a variety of genres of music with his large iTunes library.
Tim Peters, Regional Account Manager
MN, MT, ND, SD, WI
Tim has extensive chemical sales experience with over 10+ years in the chemical industry. His strong credentials are backed up by his efforts to provide his customers with dependable and honest information. His objective with every customer is to respond and to come up solutions as quickly and directly as possible. Tim believes that the best words you can hear as a customer is, “I’ll take care of it” and then trusting that the person will. He strives to maintain that level of commitment to each customer and looks forward to growing current and new customer relationships. When Tim is not focused on customer relationships he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking, and playing golf.
TJ Haas, Regional Account Manager
KS, MO, Chicago, Southern IL
TJ is an excellent problem-solver who combines the right amount of technical knowledge, sales experience, and personality. His unrivaled vision and focus keeps Sea-Land Chemical Co. and our quality of work top-notch. “The chemical industry is constantly going through changes due to technical advances, changing preferences, and government regulation. These trends often open up opportunities and the window to help is sometimes short. Suppliers and customers alike are both very interested in staying up to date with new trends. Tom Scherr, Regional Account Manager
