 COVID-19 Company Update

Sea-Land Chemical Company’s executive team has been actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and potential implications to our employees, customers and supply chain partners. While the risk of transmission remains low, the health and safety of our employees is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor local and state government and health official notifications and websites in order to do what is best for our employees and our community.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring events and the guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).  The health and wellness of all our employees and our business partners remains our highest priority.  Per the guidelines, we are restricting all international business travel and limiting domestic business travel of our employees.

We remain open for business and are continuing to work with our principal suppliers and warehouse facilities to understand any potential impact to product availability and lead times. Currently, we are not aware of any negative impacts to existing or future orders.

In the event that our physical office is required to be closed, Sea-Land will implement our emergency response plan. This response plan is designed to minimize material supply disruptions for our customers. Key operations personnel will perform order processing, manage material inventory and support customer requests from remote home office locations.

We will continue to monitor this situation daily and provide updates on our website at
www.sealandchem.com.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Altstadt

President
