Sea-Land Chemical recently engaged The Corporate University, Kent State University at Stark to conduct a customer survey for Sea-Land in the fall of 2013. Over 500 participants from more than 450 companies responded with feedback. The report informed us that most of our customers, 93 percent, are satisfied with our products and services. This is in comparison to industry averages of 80-84%.
We also received some constructive feedback to improve in areas such as product availability.
