Tego® Antifoam 14 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate based on organomodified siloxanes. It is applicable as an antifoam in aqueous based systems and used in a wide range of industrial applications including metalworking fluids, surfactant concentrates and textile auxiliaries. Tego Antifoam 14 is suitable for the formulation of low foaming concentrates. For metalworking fluids, Tego Antifoam 14 is recommended as a pre-defoamer for semi-synthetic fluids and soluble oils. In alkaline metal cleaners, it is recommended as a tank side defoamer. Tego Antifoam 14 is free of silicone oil allowing no adverse effect on the finishing process of treated parts.
Tego® Antifoam 1488 is an antifoam emulsion based on organomodified siloxanes. Tego Antifoam 1488 is used as an antifoam in a broad range of aqueous based systems. It provides reliable foam control in water-based adhesives as well as in the processing and application of polymer dispersions, emulsions and a multitude of other industrial applications, where the traditional silicone oil-based antifoams are restricted for certain reasons. Tego Antifoam 1488 can be used as a tank side defoamer for all types of aqueous metalworking fluids: soluble oils, semi-synthetics and synthetic fluids.
Tego® Antifoam 2080 is an antifoam based on organomodified siloxanes for foam control in non-aqueous media. It is recommended for use in mineral oil based neat metalworking fluids. Tego Antifoam 2080 is soluble in a variety of aromatic and aliphatic solvents. Tego Antifoam 2080 combines the high compatibility of an organic antifoam with the high efficiency of pure silicone oil antifoams.
Tego® Antifoam 2290 is a self-emulsifying APEO-free organic antifoam concentrate. The product is absolutely free of silicone and does not contain any silica. Tego Antifoam 2290 destroys foam or prevents foam formation reliably in aqueous media and may be used for foam control in a variety of industrial applications, even where the use of silicone and silica is not accepted: Process aid for water-based polymerization of dispersions, thermoplastics and elastomers In formulation and application of polymer dispersions/lattices In a multitude of other industrial applications

Tego® Antifoam 3062 is an antifoam concentrate based on organo-modified siloxanes. Tego Antifoam 3062 may be used for foam control in the production of pre-defoamed surfactant concentrates and in a variety of other aqueous systems where traditional silicone oil based defoamers cannot be applied. Tego Antifoam 3062 has excellent stability and shelf life in e.g. cutting fluids and surfactant concentrates and does not create fish eyes or silicone spotting.
Tego® Antifoam KS 911 is a 100% active organic antifoam, containing no silicone or silicone related compounds. Tego Anitfoam KS 911 provides good foam knock down and hold down properties above its cloud point. The product is totally Si-free; containing zero silicone oil, organomodified siloxane and silica. It is a pure organic antifoam concentrate and therefore highly compatible. Tego Antifoam KS 911 has no adverse effects on finishing processes of treated metal parts.
Tego® Antifoam MR 1015 is a 70% active antifoam concentrate based on modified siloxanes. It is recommended for metalworking fluids for use as a pre-defoamer in concentrates and for tank-side addition. Tego Antifoam MR 1015 can also be used in industrial and household cleaners. This product shows excellent alkaline and electrolyte stability, even at higher temperatures. In addition, Tego Antifoam 1015 is easily water dispersible, which allows for easy handling.
Tegopren® 5803 is a liquid, non-ionic polyether siloxane used as an antifoam for non-water miscible metalworking fluids.
