Tego® Sulpho 2 is a liquid product based on polyether modified polysiloxane. Tego Sulpho 2 is used as a shaping and release agent on a steel belt during the sulphur pelletizing process and is water soluble. Tego Sulpho 2 is the 2nd generation of this kind of additive which is used for spray applications and especially suitable for warmer regions where hazing can be an issue. Compared to silicone oil emulsions, aqueous solutions of Tego Sulpho 2 are superior due to: 100% homogeneous solubility High temperature resistance Better release properties Lower viscosity No floc formation Improved long term stability.
