EMERY® 420 is very similar to Emery 410, but has lighter color, lower iodine value and a slightly higher stearic : palmitic ratio (70:30). EMERY 420 finds use in metallic soaps and stearates, as well as in the preparation of textile specialties requiring good sulfuric acid heat stability during manufacture.
EMERY® 422 is a stearic acid. The stearic : palmitic ratio of EMERY 422 results in a combination of physical properties unobtainable from stearic acids of any other composition. It offers high hardness, low shrinkage and low titer, all of which are particularly useful in the manufacture of many molded products. EMERY 422 also possesses light initial color, good heat and color stability, low iodine value and low odor.
EMERY® 610, soya fatty acid, has approximately 53% polyunsaturated acid content and a saturated acid content of approximately 21%.

Songnox® L670 is a liquid alkylated phenylamine antioxidant for lubricants and has a high nitrogen content. Songnox L670 effectively controls a lubricants viscosity increase due to oxidation. It also provides excellent protection against thermo-oxidative degradation of lubricating oils. Songnox L670 provides a higher stoichiometric factor than other alkylated diphenylamines. Applications for Songnox L670 include mineral oil-based engine oils, circulating oils, hydraulic fluids, synthetic industrial lubricants and engine oils. This product meets the European Ecolabel criteria for lubricants and is featured on the Lubricant Substance Classification List (LuSc-list).

Tego Antifoam 14 is suitable for the formulation of low foaming concentrates. For metalworking fluids, Tego Antifoam 14 is recommended as a pre-defoamer for semi-synthetic fluids and soluble oils. Tego® Antifoam 793 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate based on organomodified siloxanes and is water dispersible. This product can be used in metalworking fluids (MWF), surfactant concentrates and textile auxiliaries.
Tego Antifoam 793 can be formulated into concentrates to produce low foaming fluids. Furthermore, it can be used in the ready-to-use fluid as a tank side defoamer.
For MWF, Tego Antifoam 793 is used in semi-synthetic fluids and soluble oils if incorporated into the concentrate. As a tank side defoamer, it is suitable for all different types of water-based MWF.
In alkaline metal cleaners, Tego Antifoam 793 can be recommended as a tank side defoamer.
Tego® Antifoam 891 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate based on organomodified siloxanes. Tego Antifoam 891 is recommended in metalworking fluids as a post-defoamer for tank side defoaming of water-mixed products, especially emulsifiable fluids. Tego Anitfoam 891 provides excellent foam knock down and hold down properties and is free of silicone oils. This product does not deteriorate the shelf life of water-mixed emulsions.
Tego® Antifoam KS 911 is a 100% active organic antifoam, containing no silicone or silicone related compounds. Tego Anitfoam KS 911 provides good foam knock down and hold down properties above its cloud point. The product is totally Si-free; containing zero silicone oil, organomodified siloxane and silica. It is a pure organic antifoam concentrate and therefore highly compatible. Tego Antifoam KS 911 has no adverse effects on finishing processes of treated metal parts.
Tego® Antifoam MR 1015 is a 70% active antifoam concentrate based on modified siloxanes. It is recommended for metalworking fluids for use as a pre-defoamer in concentrates and for tank-side addition. Tego Antifoam MR 1015 can also be used in industrial and household cleaners. This product shows excellent alkaline and electrolyte stability, even at higher temperatures. In addition, Tego Antifoam 1015 is easily water dispersible, which allows for easy handling.
Tego® Antifoam MR 2124 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate based on mineral oils and is completely Si-free and water dispersible. This product is suitable to formulate stable, low foaming, water miscible metalworking fluid (MWF) concentrates and particularly recommended for semi-synthetic fluids and soluble oils. Tego Antifoam MR 2124 can be used as a tank side defoamer for all different types of water based MWF.
Tego® Polish Additiv A 10 is an anionic silicone oil emulsion. It is compatible with most additives and emulsions including non-ionic, anionic and amphoteric systems. This O/W silicone oil emulsion is very stable and easily dilutable in almost every ration with water. Tego Polish Additiv A 10 can be blended with other silicone emulsions to create polishes with varying levels of gloss, depth of color and water repellent. Tego® Antifoam 2450 is an organic antifoam concentrate based on vegetable oil. Tego Antifoam 2450 is designed for the use as a process aid in the water-based polymerization of SBR/NBR rubber materials. Unlike conventional defoamers, Tego Antifoam 2450 was specifically developed to avoid premature coagulation. This allows for less cleaning of the reaction vessel and the demonomerization column while the Tego Antifoam 2450 does not hinder the coagulation stage.
TEGOPREN® 5801 is a polyether siloxane that reduces fibre/fibre and fibre/metal friction. Other benefits of this products is that it decreases foam knock down times, increase foam hold down times and release entrained air from surfaces.
